Has vast experience working on small to large multi-million dollar projects while leading a team.
Worked on Commercial, Industrial and Residential projects
Has worked as an Architect in the Middle East.
Has worked as an Architect and as a Sustainability Architect in Australia.
Currently working in Udupi, India

Process

1. Understanding The Project

It would be a pleasure to discuss with you your expectations, vision, desires, and how you wish to experience your project.

2. Analyzing The Requirements

All the design requirements are discussed and explored internally so that we can align with the end result appropriately.

3. Site Study

It is imperative to gather a site survey and understand the site conditions, including vegetation and climate, in order to design a project accurately

4. Design

We take the time to design your project to achieve your best results while maintaining all standards and building sustainability.

5. Basic Estimate

Estimating the cost early will give clarity into budgeting the project.

6. Approval

Getting approval from you to go ahead with the design and also preparing drawings for local governing body approval.

7. Detail Design & Coordination

The necessary ingredients for making your design work are done here in cooperation with other engineering departments when necessary.

8. The selection of Materials & Finishes

Prior to construction, you can experience materials and finishes to determine if they suit your budget

9. Final Estimate

After we finalize everything we will give you a more accurate estimate to set your final budget.

10. Final Approval

Getting final approval from you and the local governing body for any changes that might happen in any circumstance.

11. Selection of Contractor

Builders are asked to provide us with quotes and we choose a few based on their qualifications and prior works.

12. Start with Construction

During site visits, we check any issues and report them to you as necessary and suggest a timely resolution.
