Getting final approval from you and the local governing body for any changes that might happen in any circumstance.
Selection of Contractor / Builder
Builders are asked to provide us with quotes and we choose a few based on their qualifications and prior works.
Start with Construction
During site visits, we check any issues and report them to you as necessary and suggest a timely resolution.
